Role Overview

The HR Rewards & Operations Senior Expert will lead the organization’s total rewards strategy while overseeing payroll, HRIS, and performance management frameworks. With a primary focus on compensation and benefits (70%), this role will also ensure smooth payroll operations (20%) and support performance management cycles (10%). The position is critical in ensuring rewards and HR operations are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Total Rewards (70%)

Develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs.

Manage payroll operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and statutory requirements.

Guide performance management framework to ensure fair and transparent evaluations.
