Handle quality for local and overseas plant. Lead the development and execution of the global quality strategy for the organization. Oversee the implementation of quality management systems across all business units and regions. Ensure compliance with international quality standards and local regulations within the automotive industry. Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure best practices are being followed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality objectives into all operational processes. Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement in products and services. Provide leadership and support to regional quality teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance quality awareness and competencies among employees.
