Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support to senior consultants and project teamsConduct research and analysis to understand industry- and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trendsAnalyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights that develop into career strategies and solutionsPerform financial analyses of industry sectors and client peer groupsCollaborate with project teams on effective ways to structure analyses and present information to meet client objectivesPrepare client presentations to be presented to boards of directors, senior executives, and HR leadersWhat’s in it for you?

A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, or HR preferred; fresh graduates are welcomeStrong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation designExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsIntellectual curiosity; eagerness to develop new skillsAbility to work in teams and adapt to tight deadlines and changing client needsSuperior organizational skills and strong attention to detailPast experience in HR, consulting, or business development is a plusWhat makes you stand out
