As the local leader of the marketing function, you will work closely with the business, product and other functional teams to implement customer and partner-centric marketing strategies that can deliver impact and business growth. You will form a part of a high-performing regional marketing team where you will play a key role in influencing local growth strategy for Indonesia and be accountable for delivering commercial and business success.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the local marketing strategy and execution of the company with a focus on developing successful localized brand strategies, product marketing plans and demand generation efforts across the full marketing funnel.
- Be an internal customer champion who knows how to generate market insights and use them strategically to deliver business results across brand development, product strategy and marketing campaigns execution.
- Plan and deliver successful, always-on, 360-degree marketing campaigns and effectively manage a local marketing budget.
- Build, manage and inspire a best-in-class marketing team with functional specialists across brand communications, insights & analytics and demand generation.
- Implement various commercial and growth focused initiatives leveraging strategic and brand partnerships, creativity and a keen sense of business development.
- Data and detail oriented with analytical mindset.
- Strong Leadership and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Work collaboratively and cross functionally with local and HQ management teams across marketing, product, business development, country operations and data.
- To drive the business forward, launch new products and build long term brand equity.
- Customer and revenue focused with seasoned experience across the entire marketing mix.
- Be the local brand guardian and media spokesperson in Indonesia.
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Grow new demand while sustaining the existing customer base.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s) : 360degree Marketing and Business DrivenPreferably GM / Director / Senior Manager specialized in Marketing.Fluent in English is a must.Seniority level
