Legal Officer

Overview

We are a fast-growing group of companies in the Food & Beverage, Retail, and Wholesale Distribution industry. To strengthen our corporate governance and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, we are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Legal Senior Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advisory for the holding company and its subsidiaries within the F&B, retail, and wholesale business sectors.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws relevant to the business.
• Manage licensing, permits, and regulatory submissions across multiple business units.
• Monitor and mitigate legal risks, while providing practical solutions to management.
• Handle corporate secretarial duties including shareholders’ resolutions, BOD documentation, and company governance.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government institutions, and other stakeholders.
