We are currently looking for a BD Supervisor. In this role, you will drive the achievement of business objectives by leading sales initiatives, expanding client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth across the company’s business development and sales functions.
What You Will Do
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing pipelines, converting leads, and closing deals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Strengthen client relationships by maintaining regular communication, understanding client needs, and providing solutions that deliver value.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure the company remains competitive and agile.
- Implement and own OKRs / targets to align with company revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to support business growth and client success.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health to management regularly.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by business needs.
Requirements And Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred4 years working experience in total with minimum 1-2 years in travel industryHave experience with loyalty, cashback or points managementFamiliar with consumer behaviourAbout three years of proven sales experience in business or a related areaExceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalUnderstand how points management system work in most travel companyHave engaged in partnership with 3rd partners / clients to increase use case of usage, payment or pointsExcellent organizational skills to meet goals and set prioritiesBasic knowledge on P&L (P&L ownership is preferred)Connect with Us
