Chief Fit Out

Overview

Lead and monitor tenant fit-out activities, ensuring full compliance with building standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Supervise the use and maintenance of all leased and vacant spaces, ensuring they remain in optimal condition. Oversee all building repairs and maintenance (civil, mechanical, and electrical), both routine and ad-hoc. Coordinate and manage preparations for tenant handovers in collaboration with other departments. Manage and monitor building modifications, expansions, or changes of function as required. Evaluate and select suppliers and contractors in line with company standards. Review and analyze supplier and contractor proposals prior to negotiations. Supervise routine maintenance carried out by in-house engineering teams and external contractors. Ensure all ongoing contractor works are executed on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Chief / Manager Fit Out in office buildings (commercial high-rise experience is an advantage).
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written).
• Ability to manage digital project tracking tools.
• Excellent business correspondence and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
