Sales Admin Executive - Ecommerce at Kredivo Group
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations related to orders (including cancellations, returns, and refunds), inventory, and supplier onboarding process.
- Manage and track inventory level from suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and operational data.
- Help to communicate the implementation of new operational procedures or policies to suppliers.
- Generate operational and sales reports for management review.
Qualifications
Previous experience in ecommerce, operations, or administrative roles preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferable min experience 1-2 years.Minimum Bachelor Degree.Details
