CRM Country Manager Indonesia (Textile Industry)

Uraian TugasEstablish the bluesign system and services in Indonesia together with the bluesign organization. Visit potential customers on site, and network at trade shows. Sell bluesign system partnerships and other services to manufacturers, brands, and chemical companies. CRM Management : Lead the whole acquisition process. Acquire new customers. Support and coordinate customer-related activities. Ensure payments and keep customer data up to date. Train customer personnel in cooperation with bluesign services. Deliver presentations, participate in fairs, and network. Provide regular feedback on sales activities in the country. Provide regular feedback on competitor activities and market developments in Indonesia. Support the Technical Service team during assessment preparation, on-site visits, and implementation of the bluesign system. Assist in travel planning for the regional director and set up meetings with customers and potential customers during visits in Indonesia. Participate in mid to long-term projects designated by Head CRM and Regional Director. Established and profound experience in the Indonesian textile manufacturing chain (+10 years of experience). Profound knowledge in textile supply chain (brand experience, education as Textile Chemical or Textile Engineer with understanding of environmental key performance indicators). Great contacts in the local textile industry and textile organizations / associations. Excellent people skills and eloquent networking abilities. Excellent sales experience. Good knowledge of the local textile industry. High-level contacts within the local textile industry. Knowledge in textile chemistry, textile processing, supply chain, and brand world. Willingness for continuous learning. Organizational skills and high level of independence. Good English and Indonesian skills in writing and speaking.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell bluesign services to textile manufacturing mills, brands, and chemical suppliers in Indonesia.
- Establish solid customer relations with existing customers in Indonesia.
- Support customers in implementing the bluesign system in their organization, marketing, and supply chain.
- Cooperate with SGS Indonesia in event management for bluesign events.
- Attend trade shows of the textile industry to acquire new customers in Indonesia.
- Support cross country / region CRM activities.
- Ensure achievement of regional objectives set in mid-range plan and yearly budgets.
- Support regional and local CRM activities (cross region support with focus in South East Asia such as Malaysia and Singapore).
