Overview

Title : Senior Buyer

Location : Jakarta, Indonesia

Duration : 12 months contract

Work Rights : Open to Indonesian or candidates with full working rights in Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfil strategic inquiry and purchasing activities within time and budget
• Participate in gathering / proposing AML / AVL for the project
• Ensure all necessary information for issuing inquiries is available
• Review purchasing conditions applicable to the project and escalate deviations to the Project Procurement Manager / Lead IP
• Prepare Commercial Bid Tabulations
• Expedite bids and conduct negotiations with vendors
• Prepare purchase order documents and ensure quality standards
• Serve as a technical expert within the purchasing domain where applicable
• Provide expertise in specific procurement areas
• Participate in defining procurement strategies and mitigating risks
• Ensure compliance with relevant management systems : ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 29001, ISO 22301, and ISO 37001
• Promote sound practices related to Quality, HSES, ISMS, BCMS, and ABMS
• Ensure fair, transparent vendor selection with integrity and no conflicts of interest
