Key Account Executive

Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate relations (healthcare industry preferred). Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Job Purpose
To drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting the expansion of healthcare services, products, and corporate collaborations for Siloam Hospitals Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities (corporate, BUMN, insurance, community, partnerships).
- Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases to support client acquisition and partnership deals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, clinical teams) to execute business initiatives.
- Monitor business development performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
