Overview
Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy that integrates performance marketing and organic community engagement
Translate lead generation, enrollment and branding objectives into digital plans with measurable KPIs
Ensure alignment between digital initiatives and each school’s marketing goals, calendar, and messaging
Lead the alignment of digital initiatives with Philippines team
Lead and mentor the Performance Marketing Lead and the Social Media & Community Marketing Lead
Foster cross-functional collaboration between content, creative, admissions, and academic teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns
Provide direction, support, and coaching to help team members meet performance and engagement goals
Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing Oversight
Supervise all paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to ensure efficient lead generation
Oversee SEO / SEM strategies to increase visibility and traffic to websites and landing pagesMonitor KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates; ensure continuous optimization and innovationSocial Media & Community GrowthGuide content and social strategy to build awareness, engagement, and advocacy among students, alumni, and the wider community
Ensure storytelling and content planning across social media reflect Horizon’s brand voice and valuesPromote community-led initiatives that support the growth of organic reach and student engagementWebsite & Digital InfrastructureEnsure all Horizon Education websites and landing pages are optimized for UX, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and conversions
Collaborate with web developers and content teams to maintain a high-performing digital ecosystemAnalytics, Reporting & OptimizationSet clear digital performance goals and regularly analyze reports to assess effectiveness
Use data-driven insights to improve digital campaigns and strategyLead weekly / monthly performance reviews with the team and key stakeholdersStakeholder Alignment & CommunicationAct as the digital marketing representative in cross-functional meetings with other department heads, academic leads, and senior management
Support campus-level marketing heads in their digital initiatives by providing frameworks, tools, and guidanceQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in (Open to all major but pluys for Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).3+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing large-scale digital campaigns or multi products / services / branches with measurable success in awareness and lead generation.Strong knowledge of digital platforms : SEO / SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email automation, and CRM systems.Highly data-driven with experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.Ability to balance short-term lead generation goals with long-term brand-building objectives.Passion for education, student success, and making digital channels impactful in the learning journey#J-18808-Ljbffr
