Role Purpose

The Head of Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across the company’s multi-site manufacturing network. The role ensures safe, efficient, and sustainable operations while driving growth, innovation, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across all production facilities to deliver on safety, quality, cost, and service commitments.
• Drive operational excellence through standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
• Building leadership capability and a high-performance culture.
• Partner with the Board on strategic capacity planning, modernization, and expansion projects.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety, and regulatory standards.
• Champion sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and resource consumption.
• Manage capital investments and optimize production asset utilization.
