Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree (minimum GPA 3.0) in any field. 8–10 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in a senior managerial or head of unit / division role. Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum IELTS 6.5 / CEFR B2). Having previous experiences in any Educational Firm is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in managing business units and delivering business targets. Strong understanding of both business and operational functions. Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Adaptable, with willingness to work and learn in a dynamic environment. Open to business travel as required.
Overview
- Formulate and execute business unit strategies in line with the company’s vision and mission.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives for business units and ensure revenue goals are met.
- Oversee end-to-end operations, including sales, marketing, and overall business performance.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and design effective marketing approaches.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams to maximize performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with external regulations.
