Responsibilities

• Supervise and control efficiency of general stores operation on daily basis, including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, customer service, promotion.
• Supervise each store sales performance and strategy implementation.
• Maintain each store appearance by monitoring the condition of the store environment, merchandise, and employees’ appearance.
• Responsible for allocating, stock, stock balancing, product transfer, and product rotation between stores as needed.
• Manage all store employees, including but not limited to performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties, training, coaching and developing the team.
• Coordinate and maintain good relations with mall tenant relations.
• Perform periodic evaluations of store employees performance and provide immediate feedback.
• Help ensure all store equipment needed for store operations is fulfilled and in proper condition
