Job Summary

As a Standard Chartered Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet the bank's strategic objectives. About Wealth And Retail Banking

Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management and personalised advice. We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding client experiences.
  • Organised, follow-up leads, complete and record appointments, close customer requests
  • Support our clients to meet their financial needs, as they progress through their career and life-stages.
  • Build relationships for the long-term and understand clients financial needs and aspirations to grow, manage and protect their wealth, with appropriate investments solutions.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, new product offerings and the latest campaigns.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • For referring external candidates; 3-10 years experience in financial or banking industry specifically in managing Priority clients.
  • Possess diverse investment and market views to offer a concise and consolidated view of events so as to give the appropriate recommendation and guidance to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people of all levels.
  • A team player with good initiatives & assertiveness
  • Hold AAJI & WPPEP certification
