Digital Performance Marketing Lead

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in performance marketing, preferably in the fintech and lending industry.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.
• Experience with user acquisition metrics, NTB / NTP, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as MMP (Adjust / Appsflyer, Firebase, Meta SDK, or similar).
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions to optimize results.
• Experience managing multi-million IDR budgets and optimizing for CPA / ROI.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (product, data, growth).
